Red light, green light

http://minuscar.blogspot.com/ – success here in maknig progress towards making lights sensitive to cycles.

Isn’t it interesting (welp, only a surprise to drivers) that gosh, seems when you actually put the cameras on an intersection, it’s the drivers running red lights that are the hazard, not the cyclists?  The drivers who *would* get a green light if they would wait their turn?

Rode Trek today.  It’s much faster but feels invisible. Cars did pass more closely — but who’s to say it’s a pattern, since at this hour I’d estimate fewer than 20 cars pass me and that’s a lousy sample size.  (Not to say I don’t like it 🙂 )
